Traffic Control Companion is made by Built On Dreams LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you join the waitlist on this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address — required to join the waitlist.
• Optional details you choose to give us — your role, company, state, and which topics you want to hear about.
• Basic technical data — the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you clicked, and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to understand which channels bring crews to the app. We count visits ourselves with a daily-changing anonymous hash instead of cookies, and we do not run tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this page. Your IP address is never stored.

How we use it

• To send your beta invite and launch news for Traffic Control Companion.
• To send occasional emails about the field-safety categories you opted into (for example, hi-vis and PPE offers, sign and equipment deals, flagger training and certification reminders). If you did not tick a category, we do not email you about it.
• To answer support requests you send us.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or details to anyone.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who handles the data

Signups are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, and may be mirrored to Supabase, both hosted in the United States. Emails are sent through a transactional email provider. Each acts as a processor on our behalf under its own security commitments.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any of these, email hello@tccompanion.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email the list before the change takes effect.
